Another term for you to get excited about! Adventure tourism is a type of niche tourism involving exploration or travel to remote areas, where one is about to experience the unexpected. Rapidly growing, adventure tourism experiences great competition from other outdoor industry types of tourism, but the most important feature, or what is referred to as its unique selling point, is the fact it offers to those seeking unusual vacating times, a radically different perspective from the typical beach resort vacation.

With thousands of active vacation specialists, adventure tourism is the fastest-growing sector of tourism and a worldwide trend for adventure travel outfitters. Recommending a variety of trips to countless adventure destinations, from Alaska to Patagonia and beyond, adventure tourism can help you add that extra “spice” to your annual vacation holidays and enjoy the pleasures associated with ranch-based horseback riding, cycling through a wine country, or floating through the deepest canyons of Earth.

Through a variety of different organizations and with experts’ assistance, interested individuals can enjoy how it feels for example to be a member of an adventure camp community, the satisfaction one enjoys while following the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, the eco-spiritual adventure in the Himalayan Mountains, or learning a foreign language while volunteering for the rebuilt of a village in Central America. The choices and destinations are endless and the only thing you will most certainly need is to follow the advice of professional adventure guides and to be open to experiences that will increase your understanding of the world we live in and will make you less subversive to your child’s future choices in life.

These special vacation services are usually offered to small groups of people, who have a lust for life and a curiosity for culture and wish to explore adventure tourism’s immense capabilities and immerse in the addictive world of adventure travel. Although some tend to confuse adventure tourism with that of extreme tourism -also known as shock tourism- which involves traveling to dangerous destinations or the participation to dangerous events, the adrenaline rush one experiences as an adventurous tourist, is of a lower risk level. Its greater difference is the degree of engagement and professionalism. Thus, before you decide to accept an interesting invitation from that old friend of yours who has disappeared once backpacking in South America, you should better examine the specifics of the amazingly low cost deal he or she offers. Wilderness is not something one should take lightly, especially when it might cost your own life.

There are many different types of sports games being played in all parts of the world. Some of these games are more popular than others. The more popular games like basketball, baseball, football and soccer have made their way into the games of other countries. Soccer is one such game that is very significant in Brazil. Brazil soccer is more than just a game it is a national past time.

In Brazil the sport would be considered by some, to be a part of their heritage. Many of the young boys start learning the fundamentals of the game at a very young age. Not to mention that most see it everyday inside their family and on the streets of Brazil.

You will see that for many people in Brazil soccer is a game that does not need a lot of expensive equipment to play. All that is needed is a place to play the game, people who like to play soccer and a soccer ball. As compared to some of the other sports like football or baseball, which requires some expensive equipment. This is a game that can be played on the many Brazilian beaches, the streets and even on playing fields where there are no more soccer games being played.

Brazil soccer is also a way of life for many young Brazilian boys. They play this game in the hopes that they will someday become great soccer players like Pele’, Zico, Ronaldo and many others. As these boys mature so does their skills, passion and drive for the game. The determination and discipline these world famous Brazil soccer players have shown is one of the reasons why soccer is very popular in the Brazilian society. This drive and determination has show to every boy growing up that it can be done.

Of course many of the young players also dream of becoming world class soccer players because of the money that can be earned from this game. Now when you watch a Brazil soccer game that is played by the children in the streets you can see many of the traits that propelled famous soccer players like Pele’ into the international arena. These boys play for fun with energy, passion and a dream of one day being the best.

There is another reason why Brazil soccer flourishes in the streets of Brazil. The international Brazilian soccer players have decided each in their own way to present the youth of Brazil to soccer. They plant the seed that it is possible for them as well. This is seen by the integration that soccer has in the lives of the youth. Every child who learns to play Brazil soccer has the chance to lead a better life than many can imagine.

So the next time that you watch a game of Brazil soccer look at the faces of these young players. You will see a different kind of face, one that takes passion and love for the game to a whole new level. Somewhere in the game you might be seeing another international soccer participant like Zico or Ronaldo. It is from these humble beginnings that Brazil soccer shows just how good they are in the field of soccer.

Who would have ever though that Brazil soccer which can be played with any type of soccer ball, even one made with socks or soda lids can triumph in the world of soccer. It just goes to show that life can be passionate if you choose for it to be. It just takes a little bit of determination and a whole lot of hard work.

All websites need traffic, leads, sales and higher search engine ranking. It would be useless to own a website or an online business that is nowhere to be found on the internet. The key to make a website popular and visible on the internet is marketing. Internet marketing pushes a website to the top of the search results.

Travel and tourism business is not an exception to the list of websites that need to be marketed on the internet. This type of online business needs traffic, leads, sales and higher search engine ranking just like any other types of website. This is the reason why travel and tourism business owners need to be knowledgeable about internet marketing.

The travel and tourism industry is continually growing. This means that its market is expanding. Now there is a wider market to target. But as the market grows, so is the number of travel and tourism businesses. The competition gets tough. Without an effective internet marketing strategy, a travel and tourism business may not be able to get a fair share of this expanding market.

How To Make A Travel And Tourism Business Successful

The key to make a travel and tourism business successful online is to market it. It needs full internet marketing campaign. The business owner can opt to hire internet marketing professionals or they can do it on their own. If they decide to market their business on their own, they need to train on it.

This is where they need internet marketing training. By participating in internet marketing trainings, they will get relevant and useful knowledge and acquire skills necessary to perform a successful internet marketing campaign. The training makes them able to face the challenges of marketing.

Travel and tourism industry comprises hotels, guesthouses, travel guides, surfing schools, etc. These websites have the same needs as the other websites, although they target a different market. In the end, all boils down to internet marketing. No matter what a website needs and no matter who its target market is, internet marketing is still a requirement.

Through internet marketing trainings, travel and tourism business owners will be able to get more value from the time, money and efforts they invest in internet marketing campaigns.

With Brazil making the largest oil finds in the western hemisphere for the last 30 years, the wealth generated for the country will result in a huge redistribution of money, leading to sustained growth in the Brazilian property market.

By 2014 Brazil is set to be one of the worlds oil superpowers and based on current projections, it has sufficient crude oil reserves to export for at least the next half a century. This will underpin the BRIC nations evolution into a leading world political player.

The Finance Minister went on to say that Brazil will be producing 3.6 million barrels a day by 2017. Domestic demand in Brazil is projected at 2.6 million barrels, which would leave Brazil with a substantial surplus for export. The Government is also planning to invest in the petrochemical arena so that oil derivatives can be sold and not just crude.

The Government owned company, Petrobas, is responsible for the management and exploration of oil and gas in the country. The company has been recently ranked eighth in the world by market value by the leading accountants, Ernst & Young.

As little as a year ago, Petrobras market value was 95.9 billion US dollars, a respectable 37th place. Oil finds and advances in technology have seen the market value surge to 164.8 billion US dollars to the eighth place in the ranking of the worlds biggest corporations.

Yet another find was announced this month in Brazil’s Santos Basin. The find was made following the drilling of a fourth well in the BM-S-9 block off the south-eastern coast. This provided more good news for Petrobras as well as the British Gas group and Spanish-owned Repsol, who are working in conjunction with Petrobras to drill the block.

A find the previous week in the same region is estimated to hold between 1.2 billion to 2 billion barrels of oil and gas, although no projections are available with regard to the new find.

Petrobras CEO Jose Sergio Gabrielli said that the company will no longer invest overseas as the company will concentrate on its primary role to develop all of the recently discovered offshore oil reserves.

President Lula da Silva’s plan to increase control over the energy industry through regulation is currently being debated by the Brazilian congress. The Governments proposal is that Petrobas will have the dominant role in all matters with regard to the petroleum industry in Brazil.

The proposal would give Petrobras operator status for all Brazil’s oil and gas finds as well as becoming the commercial outlet for all domestic and international oil derivative sales. Under the proposal a new state-owned company would also be created to manage the governments oil and gas assets. This new company, Petrosal, could eventually grow larger than Petrobras according to analysts.

The latest developments in the petroleum sector have provided a huge boost to Brazils prospects of becoming a leading oil producer. We are in a fantastic moment, Jose Sergio Gabrielli, Petrobras chief executive, said on Monday.

It is Joo Pessoa’s number one residential district and an ideal investment location.

The Government of Paraba fulfilled all of the terms established in an Agreement with MPF at the beginning of August 2009.

Echter, now agreement has been reached it is widely expected that planning permissions will be granted and development commenced rapidly.

Het domino-effect zal natuurlijk een stijging van de waarde van vastgoed, which is good news for the canny investors who already have Joao Pessoa on their radar.

Het brede scala van activiteiten omvat zowat elk gebied van de kunsten, from literary gatherings and art exhibitions to large-scale classical and popular music festivals.

The development of the Conference centre and the proposed hotels and resorts will only increase the investment potential of this great city.

Brazil will be one of the first economies to recover from the economic slump. The OECD predicts 4% economic growth for the emerging giant in 2010. The confidence of the countrys President Lula da Silva, who during his two terms of office has transformed the countrys economy, has barely taken a denting. Brazil is emerging from the crisis, and next year we are going to have surprising growth, he announced in July.

The oil industry is booming. Brazils target is to double production by 2012 to 3.5 million barrels a day, placing it high among many Middle Eastern rivals such as Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Petrobras, the State-owned oil company, is developing its recently found deepwater reserves with a $174 billion investment program over 5 years and the US has agreed to provide up to $10 billion in finance to further development. Having diversified and industrialized its economy prior to many of its major finds, Brazil should avoid over-reliance on oil and increase domestic wealth significantly.

U.S. consumers are predicted to hold back on spending in the near future. A recent Goldman Sachs report predicts that Brazil, Russia, India and China will be responsible for around 50% of worldwide demand for exports due to their growing domestic consumption. This demand is powered by a growth in their middle classes.

Brazil has spent enormously on tourism since 1995, increasing international visitor numbers from 1.9 million to 5.2 million in 2008. The 2014 World Cup is expected to increase tourism and the Government is pledged to spend in excess of $250 million over the next 5 years on airports, roads, sanitation and hydroelectric power.

The Brazilian property market has huge room for growth. Residential mortgages only represent 2.5 percent of the Brazils GDP according to Banco Central do Brasil, the Central Bank. Comparisons with other countries reveal a huge growth potential for Brazil as Mexico is 11%, Chile 20%, Spain 45% and 68% in the US. Even with the worldwide economic crisis, mortgage lending in Brazil rose 41%, twice as fast as consumer credit. The state-owned Caixa Economica Federal has lent around 19 billion Reais so far in 2009, compared to an average of five billion Reais four years ago. It expects to lend 26 billion Reais worth of loans for Brazil real estate purchase in 2009.

Brazils economy is worth $1.5 trillion, yet exports only represent 12% of this. Its population of 190 million is seeing a boom in the middle classes, which now make up more than half its population. With their increased buying power, Brazilians are buying more food, more clothing and more household goods than ever before. Sales figures for Whirlpool, which has a 40% share of Brazils appliance market, were 20% higher in May and June 2009 compared to a year earlier. Though this has been partially fuelled by tax incentives, which are due to end in October, sales are expected to remain strong. “Over the next five years, we’ll see a doubling of sales of durable goods in Brazil,” says Jos Roberto Tambasco, vice-president for operations at Po de Acar. In preparation to meet the increased demand for white goods, the supermarket giant recently paid $422 million for the appliance retailer Ponto Frio which has a network of 458 stores nationwide.

Because we’re so close to the equator here in Joao Pessoa the temperature remains pretty warm all year round. Rains from May to September make that the low season, while December through to Carnaval, in late February, is considered the peak holiday period in Brazil.

If you don’t mind the odd shower, you’ll find winter here a good time to visit. Temperatures are cooler and the occasional shower keeps the air fresh. Sun worshippers and beach lovers should wait for summer which begins in October, when the seas are at their clearest and temperatures soar.

Due to Brazil’s size, there is a lot of regional variation in the climate, but 90% of the territory is within the tropical zone, so for this reason it rarely gets very cold. Due to the fact that Brazil is in the southern hemisphere, the seasons are opposite to those in the northern hemisphere, as follows: from December to March in Brazil is the summer season; from June until August, they have the winter season. Summer is the best time to travel to the southernmost states (Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina), because parts of the region do get frost and occasional snow during the winter.

The coastal cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Salvador are consistently warm all year round, and get downright hot and humid during the summer. Echter, if you are looking to really have an exceptional vacation, Carnival celebrations are held throughout the country in February, although prices skyrocket during this period of the year. The northeast has beautiful stretches of seashore; during the region’s dry season – May until November – the heat is tempered by constant breezes on the coast. This is of course a less expensive season in which to visit in comparison with the Carnival period; many establishments all across Brazil’s territory offer reduced rates from April until June and August to November. Travel in the Amazon should be done when much of the region floods from January to June. While this means that the humidity is higher and the rainfall more substantial, the rivers become navigable, thus allowing visitors to see more wildlife than during the dry season. Most of the travelers visit the Pantanal toward the end of its wet season in April, when the area is flooded and fauna are stranded on the remaining spots of dry land, making them easier to spot.

We recommend that you avoid visiting Brazil in the following periods: New Year – December 31st and January 1st – finding accommodation during this period is almost impossible as every New Year, 2 million people gather to celebrate. During Carnival Rio – during the end of February and the beginning of March – it is very difficult to find accommodations. On Independence Day – September 7th – it is also very hard to find a room in a hotel.

If you are visiting Brazil with the main intention of seeing some of Brazil’s exquisite beaches, keep in mind that Brazil’s fabulous beaches are on the Atlantic coast and so you should try to avoid travelling during the months of June right up until August, when the sea can be notoriously rough and cold. Moving on, Ninety percent of Brazil’s landmass falls within the tropical zone, as the country is crossed by the equator in the north and the Tropic of Capricorn in the south. Echter, the nation’s climate is far from homogenous and ranges from equatorial to semiarid to subtropical.

All things considered, due to the friendly climate, Brazil can be a very good travel idea almost all the time of the year with few exceptions. A living proof of why Brazil is a wise travel solution is given by the fact that millions of tourists visit it every year, and some of them visit the country many times.
